Aimy is an adaptive daily planning app that adjusts to your energy and capacity rather than imposing a fixed structure. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Account data — email address and authentication data, handled via Supabase Auth.
Product data you create — tasks, projects, daily plans, deadlines, priorities, and your check-in responses (energy level, external pressure).
AI conversation content — text you enter in Aimy’s guided flows (such as “Help me start” and end-of-day review). This is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate a response; we do not use this content to train models.
Usage and technical data — basic log and device data generated by our hosting on Vercel, used for security and reliability, not for tracking or advertising.
Google Calendar data (once this feature is live) — if you choose to connect your Google Calendar, Aimy requests read-only access to your calendar events: event title, start time, duration, and travel time if set. We do not create, edit, or delete anything in your Google Calendar. This data is used only to display your Google Calendar events alongside your Aimy plan. You can disconnect this access at any time from Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar, which revokes Aimy’s access to your Google Account.
To provide the core product: building your daily plan, scoring and prioritizing tasks, calculating your time budget, delivering check-ins and reviews.
To power AI-assisted features via Claude.
To keep the product working and secure.
To communicate with you about your account.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Account data and core product data are processed to perform our contract with you — providing the service you signed up for. Google Calendar integration is based on your consent, since it’s optional and off by default. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We use a small number of processors to run Aimy, each receiving only the data necessary to do its job: Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic / Claude API (AI-generated responses in guided flows), and Google Calendar API (only if you connect your calendar). We don’t share your data with anyone else, and we don’t sell it.
Aimy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Calendar data is used only to provide calendar features within Aimy, is never used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties beyond what’s needed to run the product.
We retain your account and product data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data, except where we’re required to retain limited records for legal or accounting reasons.
You may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent for optional features like Google Calendar at any time. To exercise these rights, contact support@withaimy.com.
Aimy is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your data may be processed outside Finland by our service providers. Our database is hosted on AWS in Ireland, within the EU/EEA. Anthropic and Vercel process data in the United States, under standard contractual clauses as a transfer safeguard (see Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum and Anthropic’s Data Processing Addendum).
For changes that affect what data we collect, what we use it for, or who we share it with, we’ll notify you by email before the change takes effect. Otherwise, we’ll update the date above.
